The rules for using Grovis during the beta.

The beta
Grovis is in beta. The app is free to use while the beta lasts and there are no payments. Features, programs and limits may change, and things may sometimes not work as expected.
Premium features that are shown in the app will be paid when Grovis launches in the app stores. The launch offer on our website (the first 100 people on the waitlist get their first month for $1, then $9.99 a month) applies when payments open. Prices and taxes will be shown in the store before you pay.
Your health comes first
Grovis gives general training guidance. It is not medical advice and it does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or personal trainer.
Talk to a doctor before you start training if you have a medical condition, an injury, high blood pressure, heart problems, are pregnant, or are not sure you are fit to exercise.
Use weights you can control, warm up, and stop right away if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk and are responsible for using gym equipment safely.
Your data
Your training data is stored on your device. Back it up yourself if it matters to you; we cannot restore data that was deleted from your device. How we handle the data we do receive is described in our Privacy Policy.
Fair use
Do not misuse Grovis: do not try to break, overload or copy the app or the website, and do not use it to harm others.
The Grovis name, logo, design, texts, exercise animations and programs belong to Grovis. You may share your Liftprint images and screenshots of your own workouts freely.
Liability
We work hard to make Grovis accurate and reliable, but during the beta it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Grovis is not liable for injuries, losses or damages that come from using the app, the website or the training guidance. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Questions: hello@grovis.app. When Grovis launches with accounts and payments, these terms will be updated and we will let people on the waitlist know.
